Highway-day time robbery: Oyam Police catches Sgt Mugisha, 2 others

Yesterday 1st July 2021 at around 1600/c we received Information at Kamdini police station from District CID Oyam of the M/v No UAT 491L receiving money from people along the highway, immediately our highway patrol team were informed and they followed the complain and managed to impound the said vehicle in Karuma at around 1700/c and three suspects arrested;
They are RA141534 staff Sgt Mugisha David (attached to general headquarters Bombo), Ocan Sale, Odongo Ben.

Police Action
✓Search conducted and we recovered just 50k in the pocket of the army officer which he confessed had robbed from people.

Currently they being held at Kamdini police station as files are being compiled for charges of robbery.
