Residents alleged that the parish chief of Olwero conspired with the sub-county chief and others to break into the store and steal the hoes.

Albertine Regional Police PRO SP Julius Allan Hakiza said both suspects were arrested to assist investigations, telling tndNews, Uganda, that the case file has since been forwarded to the Resident State Attorney for legal advice before prosecution.
