All the suspects are residents of Arwot A Cell and neighboring areas within the same town council.

The case was reported on the same date at about 10:05pm by Sergeant Olenga John Bosco, 55, a police officer attached to Kwania district and a resident of Akii-Pe Cell, Barapwo Ward, Lira City West Division.
