Former Aruu County Member of Parliament Odonga Otto has revealed that some people have appreciated his recent criticism of Daudi Kabanda, with one person reportedly offering him a cow while another gave him a lunch-hour gift.

Otto made the remarks in a social media post in which he expressed surprise at the positive reactions he had received following his public exchange with Kabanda. He said he had not realised that so many people were happy with his decision to speak out against the legislator.

“I didn’t know people were very happy 😊 I was dressing the devil in its suit,” Otto wrote, using strong language to describe his position in the disagreement.

The former legislator said one person had offered him a cow for handling Kabanda, while another had given him what he described as a lunch-hour gift. He did not disclose the identities of the people who made the offers or provide further details about the gifts.
