Under the bail conditions, each of his sureties must execute a non-cash bond of Shs30 million to guarantee his attendance in court whenever required.

Bagonza has also been ordered to surrender his passport to the court and cannot travel outside Uganda without prior permission from the court.

In addition, he must deposit his land title with the court and present his sister’s land title as further security under the bail arrangement.
