Sheikh Umar Kamoga has made fresh allegations following his release from Kigo Prison, where he had spent more than two years after being arrested on charges related to aggravated trafficking of children.Upon returning home, Kamoga claimed that he discovered that the man who had accused him was allegedly having an affair with his wife, who is also the mother of his child.

Kamoga further alleged that the same man took advantage of his absence while he was incarcerated and stole land titles and other important documents from his bedroom.He made the claims shortly after his release, describing what he allegedly found at home after spending a prolonged period in prison.

Kamoga had spent two years, three months and 22 days at Kigo Prison following his arrest and subsequent court proceedings.His case centred on allegations that he had exploited the vulnerability of his 13-year-old niece, resulting in charges of aggravated trafficking of children.
