The Commissioner General of Prisons Dr. Johnson Byabashaija has made appointments, transfers and granted leave to officers.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Uganda Prisons Service said “the decision is part of the ongoing efforts to professionalize the Uganda Prisons Service and improve service delivery.”
Sunday Tayu has been sent to Dokolo prison while Nesterio Guy Besize heads to Erute prison in Lira City.
