The Kiira Regional Police Commander, SSP Charles Nsaba, has extended heartfelt best wishes to all Primary Seven candidates in Jinja City, Jinja district, Busoga sub-region.
The best wishes also go across the country as schools and candidates prepare for the Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) scheduled for November 3 and 4, 2025.
“On my own behalf and on behalf of all police officers in the Kiira Region, may all the P7 candidates achieve great success. Trust God or Allah and stay calm—your preparations will definitely pay off,” remarked RPC Nsaba.
He assured the public that security in the region is fully prepared to safeguard the examination process before, during, and after the exercise, even at great personal risk, in order to ensure public safety and security.
SSP Nsaba further appealed to all headteachers and school directors not to deny any candidate the opportunity to sit for the exams due to unpaid fees, emphasising that the zero-balance policy should be suspended for all candidates.
“Any school administrator who acts contrary to this directive will be dealt with decisively under the enabling laws of the country,” he warned.
