Ebenezer Nursery and Boarding Primary School in Amolatar on Saturday held a dedication prayer service for its 78 Primary Seven candidates ahead of PLE finals on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Of the total, 39 are girls and 39 boys.

Pastor Tweny Ray Maxwell of Amolatar SDA Church, called on the candidates to put God first as they prepare for their final exams.

Tweny urged the learners to rely on the knowledge and wisdom from God rather than their own understanding, reminding them that “everything is possible with God.”

He advised the candidates to pray before sitting for their exams so that God’s wisdom and guidance would help them, emphasizing that human knowledge alone is not enough to pass.

The pastor also reminded them to remember God and trust in Him in whatever they do, assuring them that God is able to do what human beings cannot do.

He further called upon parents to prioritize educating their children for a better future.

Primary Seven class teacher Okot Denish said the school has prepared the children in all areas of assessment through a series of exams, expressing confidence that all candidates will pass.

The LC2 chairperson for Inomo ward, Amolatar town council, advised school management to always set standards of education.

Headteacher Innocent Ogwal, who leads 36 teaching and non-teaching staff, encouraged the candidates to be determined and have courage as they face their exams, saying the school has prepared them well and they are ready to pass.

Pastor Thomas Ojuka, Director of Ebenezer Nursery and Boarding Primary School, said the school has set new standards of education with academic excellence both nationally and internationally.

Ojuka called upon parents to enroll their children at Ebenezer since the school has set new standards of education.

Assistant RDC for Amolatar, Sarah Tyan, advised children to take care of their lives and asked people to embrace national cleaning days as routine.

Sam Ronald Ogwen, the District Inspector of Schools asked parents to look at their children’s studies as important matters and put all their efforts into supporting them.

The dedication prayer concluded with blessings for the candidates as they prepare to sit for their final exams.
