Ceasar Alaju allegedly died of suicide, Tuesday.
No substantial information is available yet to reveal if he had issues with his close family or friends.
By press time, the Police had not released a statement on his death.
Sources say he was depressed with some believing it was why he decided to “kill himself”.
However, a local radio station in Lira City on Wednesday reported that the “deceased” called her sister to inform her he was alive.
