DStv and GOtv Uganda have made all of their channels available for free to customers in Uganda.
Starting at exactly midnight, December 27, you can watch any channels even if you had not paid for them.
All you need is a DStv or GOtv decoder; turn it on and watch.
“All entertainment you desire is ON US for the next 72 HOURS. SIMPLY PLUG IN YOUR DECODER AND START WATCHING!” DStv Uganda announced on Thursday.
Its sister, GOtv, said, “No subscription, no problem. All channels, on us. Just plug in your decoder and enjoy.”
MultiChoice, South Africa’s leading entertainment company, owns both DStv and GOtv Uganda.
MultiChoice claims that its products are used by 23.5 million households in 50 markets throughout sub-Saharan Africa.
In Uganda, a customer needs at least shs15,000 per month to view selected channels on GOtv, and it can cost more than shs90,000 for premium channels.
