Denmark|The latest phase in the Danish fan expert’s reinvention sees it launch a complete range of axial fans, all based on its world leading modular impellers, home-grown internal rotor motors and AC/EC technology
Multi-Wing, the renowned impeller expert, has confirmed its participation in the commercial and industrial fan sector with the launch of a complete range of modular, high performance, low noise compact axial fans.
The fans, premiering at the Chillventa trade show in Nuremberg, Germany (Oct 8-10, 2024), range from 800 mm to 1,800 mm, conform to industry standard dimensions and use entirely in-house developed componentry.
The modular nature of the new range of axial fans means that there are almost 1,000 unique configurations in both AC and EC. The fans are designed to be integrated in industrial and commercial HVAC/R applications, like heat exchangers, dry coolers, condensers, chillers, and open/closed circuit cooling towers.

Multi-Wing is already established in the commercial and industrial sectors, offering bespoke industrial axial fan solutions. The launch of this new preconfigured range allows the company’s deep expertise to be delivered at scale, while maintaining the superior customer experience Multi-Wing is famous for.

“Our new commercial and industrial compact axial fans can be like-for-like replacements for existing fans on the market. They are also available at scale, preconfigured to suit the majority of applications, thoroughly tested and available off-the-shelf.

Ambitious product roll-out plan
Multi-Wing’s new range brings both innovation and the ability to allow modification to suit customer requirements.
One example of such innovation is demonstrated in the internal rotor motor technology Multi-Wing has selected. With exterior winding close to the airflow surface, Multi-Wing motors dissipate heat better than traditional designs.
This results in enhanced durability against temperature swings and moisture, lowers motor temperatures and prolongs bearing lubrication life.
It also means higher power output, moving more air through a given diameter—perfect for high-power applications. Available as either EC technology or AC, the fans come in standard sizes, are IP55 corrosion resistant and their EC drive either integrated or out of the airflow.
