Kampala | President Yoweri Museveni has promoted 50 army officers to new ranks, tndNews understands.
The new ranks bestowed to junior and senior army officers have been described as “well deserved” by Brig Gen Felix Kulayigye, the defence spokesperson.
Acting Major James O Omara has been promoted to Major, Lt. Col Lydia Nandutu to Colonel.
