Oyam, June 29, 2023: On June 28, UPC party president Jimmy Akena and team were in Iceme Town Council, Aungu and Owiri parishes in Iceme sub-county and Abanya and Alao parishes in Acaba sub-county mobilising the constituents and party members ahead of July 6 by-election.
On Thursday, June 29, 2023, Akena led his team together with party candidate Dr Apio Eunice Otuko for campaign trails in Ngai sub-county where they met people in Acut and Kulakula parishes.
They were joined by the MP of Apac Municipality, Ocan Patrick, former UPC candidate for Apac District Woman MP, Suzan Achola; UPC District Chairman of Apac, and former LC5 Chairperson of Oyam District, Nelson Adea Akar, among other leaders.
