Lira – 21, October 2021: Lira City Covid-19 task force is holding a decisive meeting this afternoon.
However, one resolution made so far is to have all persons without masks, or wearing it wrongly and marauding in the City arrested effective today.
Deputy Resident City Commissioner (DRCC), Eseru Paul confirms it, but couldn’t reveal more details.
He, however, tells TND News the resolution will “restore compliance” among the population.
Lira City’s DRCC early this week told this same publication that they have vaccinated 57% of the target population against Covid-19.
