Kampala – 7, September 2020: The appeal case filed by Hon. Jimmy Akena against the ruling of Justice Yassin Nyanzi has been dismissed today (Monday).
Each parties to bear costs, Court ruled.
The party to conduct the elections of the Party President in accordance with the UPC Constitution, Section 10, of POA, and Article 71 of the Constitution of Uganda.
