Man accuses catechist of sleeping with his wife

Apac – There was drama at Ayumi Catholic Church in Akokoro sub-county, Apac district last Sunday after a Christian accused the catechist of committing adultery with his wife.

James Munu, one of the church members says fracas started when Moses Moro, accused catechist of loving his dear wife.

The Man of God, Mr Moses Ococ was also stopped from leading the Sunday service. The woman he’s accused to have slept with is, Naume Moro.

Munu tells TND News that the bad incident disrupted prayers not until Ococ called [his] assistant catchiest to lead the mass, stepping down to honour Moro’s claim.

Speaking to our reporter, Ococ denies the allegation saying, “It lacks evidence.” He also added that: “My life is at a risk and am going to consult leader, Reverend Fr. on the matter.”

Adultery is a sin number seven of the Ten Commandments of God which says: “Thou shalt not commit adultery.”
