One suspect, Orec Samuel, 40, from Pangani village, Kikondo parish, Namasale sub-county in Amolatar was arrested for illegal fishing.
The resident district commissioner (RDC) of Obongi Samuel Mpimbaza Hashaka said the suspects were found selling the stolen motorcycle.
