The crime happened on 4, November, according to the district health officer.
Ben Atodu is the chairman PTA of the school. He says they have tried to lobby for support from the district but no positive response has yet been delivered.
He added the suspects are linked to the recent bomb blast in Kampala which left one person dead and four others seriously injured.
