Police in Uganda are holding Fatumah Nabatanzi as investigations continue into the death of wealthy Masaka businessman Alex Lubowa.
Detectives reportedly traced Nabatanzi through phone records and other leads before arresting her in Kampala.
She was later taken to the scene of the alleged crime as investigators sought to establish what happened.
According to police accounts, Nabatanzi told investigators that she and Lubowa were together when unknown attackers allegedly struck the businessman with sticks, leaving him fatally injured.
