FUFA Big League: Arua Hill, Ntugasaze all won on Sunday

Lira | On Saturday and Easter Sunday, fans and supporters of FUFA Big League clubs were treated to on-field matches.

Blacks Power FC, the table leaders, were held to a goalless draw at home by Kiyinda Boys FC, a strong defensive team.

Arua Hill defeated Onduparaka FC 1:0, adding to their poor season performance.

Booma FC and Calvary also went goalless, while Busoga United lost 0-1 to Paidah Blacks Angeles.

Gaddafi FC and Buhimba Saints United also finished 0-0.

Ntugasaze FC defeated Myda FC 3:1 to wrap up the games played on Sunday.

On Saturday, Kataka FC defeated Kigezi FC 2-1.

On May 11, Blacks Power FC will welcome Onduparaka FC to Lira City. Onduparaka currently sits 10th on the log with 25 points, while Busoga United is 11th with 23 points.

Buhimba United Saints FC is second with 38 points, with a commanding goal difference (12) to 10 for table leaders with 39 points.

Arua Hill SC, Kigezi Homeboyz FC, Booma FC and Myda FC are all in the relegation zone with 23, 22, 19 and 16 points, respectively.

Meanwhile, Booma FC was deducted 3 points and 3 goals for “misconduct.”
