Oyam | About to celebrate 100 years of offering excellent education to thousands of learners since its inception in 1923, Aber Primary School in Aber sub-county in Oyam district is looking at the generosity of people like you.
The school has been one of the best-performing schools in the district, producing dozens of first grades in recent years. When it was unable to produce first grades, it never produced ‘U grades’.
Aber is committed to regaining its first-grade-producing school status, and stakeholders have put their weights on teachers to ensure this target is re-achieved.
To reclaim the targets and remain on the national map, there is a need to improve the learning environment, do renovations on some of the dilapidated classroom blocks and allow open doors for talking with learners and getting them motivated.
Together with the school management, the current team organising the 100 years celebration, tndNews beseech wellwishers, leaders, the people of Lango; OBs and OGs of the school to donate to the cause.
