(Last Updated On: 25 April 2023)

Arsenal remains undefeated at home since the 2022/2023 premier league season started in August last year.

They have also sat on top since that time with no signs they are ready to flow backward.

Now on 50 points after 19 games, the league leaders saw off Manchester United at the Emirates Stadium in a five-goal thriller.

Erick ten Hag boys took the lead in the 17th minute when Marcus Rasford’s strike hit the net. The hosts would later be leveled  ten minutes later with Eddie Nketiah’s header.

The title quest continues and Mikel Arteta and his young boys are hungrier for silverware.

Arsenal dominated the game throughout both halves although there were some threats.

The second goal came from Bukayo Saka whose fine form continues to push his team forward. He can’t stop scoring against Manchester United.

Arteta introduced new signing Leandro Trossard in the 80th minute and the former Brighton player proved to the cheerful and emotional fans why he had to choose North London.

His play and technique contributed massively to the winning goal by Nketiah in the 90th minute, allowing Arsenal to get all the 3 points and 5 points clear of second-placed Manchester City.

On the other hand, Manchester United trails Arsenal by 8 points and has played a game more – like City.

It ended 3:2 with Lisandro Martinez scoring the second goal for the visitors and Nketiah scoring two goals.
