In 2021, Lt. Gen. Andrew Gutti had 40 of his cows “stolen again” by thieves in his rural home in Napak district.

Pakwach – July 19, 2022: The Pakwach Resident District Commissioner [RDC] Paul Eseru Omedi could be heading for a loss after thieves in his district stole his livestock.
Eseru, in his public announcement shared on different social media platforms is calling for “help” to recover his castrated bull and cow.
The former deputy Resident City Commissioner [RCC] of Lira, Eseru had this communication to make:
Mr. Eseru Paul (RDC Pakwach) of Aloet Ward announces the theft of His two animals that happened last night between midnight and 4 am in Aloet Ward, Amukaru. The two animals are;
1. A Castrated Brown Bull having Chain Scratches on the left side of the belly with Horns.
2. A Medium sized Cow with white and brown spots without Horns.
These animals are likely to be in the areas of Gweri, Kapir, Serere, or even Obalanga.
Anyone who sees any of the above animals please contact the nearest police station, LC 1, or Eseru on 0782332959.
Uganda thieves now fear no one and they willingly dare those [elites] with guns and good military protection.
In September 2021, the former chairman of the Military Court Martial Lt. Gen. Andrew Gutti had 40 of his cows “stolen again” by thieves in his rural home in Napak district.
In May of the same year, Gutti lost over 140 cows in a night raid. The looters were said to be “Karamojong rustlers”.
