Juba—2, August 2020: Juba city woke up on Sunday morning to the sad news of the killing of three young children.
The 3 children were aged 3, 5 and 7 years. They were murdered at their home in Rock City on Saturday evening, an eyewitness told TND News on Sunday afternoon.
According to reports, the incident happened when the children’s mother who was sick and under medication went to a nearby clinic to get an injection.
“She left the children watching television only to return to a horrific scene of her 3 children’s murder,” an eyewitness added.
The father to the now deceased children, Mr Edward Andrew, a lecturer at the University of Upper, was also away when the incident happened.
Different government security operatives, including the Inspector General of Police, visited the murder scene.
The area was besieged by mourning residents.
Police Spokesperson, Daniel Justin says thorough investigations are underway as the perpetrator (s) is/are at large.
Juba police and other security team are yet to apprehend any suspects.
