Gulu – A Gulu based local artist Lil Roy has started facing it hard in ‘his year 2020’.
The ‘2020 Woti Obedo Bor’ singer, Lil Roy also known as ‘Roy Pimungu’ is detained at Kitgum central police station.
His arrest comes after dodging to perform in a musical show he was paid Uganda 500,000 shillings.
