Lira City fatal road crash kills a couple
According to North Kyoga Regional Police PRO SP Jimmy Patrick Okema, a fuel tanker with registration number KCP 773P/ZF 8452 was travelling from Kamdini towards Lira City when it collided with a motorcyclist heading the opposite direction.
