Last week, a delagation from 60 villages in Dokolo paid a visit to late Cecilia Ogwal’s family in Alito and endorsed her daughter Rosemary Alwoc to replace her in Parliament.
The late Cecilia Atim Ogwal died on Thursday, January 18 2024 from India where she was getting cancer treatment.
Before joining FDC, Cecilia was a core member of UPC party for years.
In their arrangements, the Patrick Amuriat Oboi-led group wanted to take over the program to send off late Cecilia. They did inform the nation.
