NRM vice chairperson of Arwotongo village, Zuma parish in Myene sub-county, Oyam district Jane Frances Acilo has urged NRM and other leaders to embrace integrity and collaboration.
The above, she said, are essential pillars for service delivery across Oyam district.
Acilo, who was also recently elected as NRM vice chairperson of Zuma parish and vice chairperson of Myene sub-county, respectively, led party delegates from Myene sub-county to the Oyam town council on Friday where new leaders were voted.

“Integrity and collaboration must guide our leadership if we are to deliver real service to the people of Oyam.
“I stand firm on these values and I believe our future depends on them,” she said.

With her campaign focusing on commercial agriculture, improved road access, water and education, Acilo has received wider backing from the NRM members in the district.
In April, she said “we will build a prosperous, united and food secure Oyam.”
She added: “Oyam, it’s our time.” Acilo has promised a new “style of leadership with results.”
