On Saturday, Ugandans were shocked by the news of brutal murder of Dr. Wilfred Olila, an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) surgeon.
Dr. Olila was discovered dead in Kalaki district, and his killer(s) are unknown. Until his untimely death, he was a lecturer at Soroti University.
He was also a surgeon at Lira Regional Referral Hospital. Dr. Olila was the director of the New Moroto Clinic in Lira City.
The Uganda Medical Association strongly condemned his brutal murder in a statement released on Saturday.
Back home in Lango, he is being mourned, and his death has touched many.
