Lira | The head teacher of Elia Olet Primary School in Lira City was elected to the top organ of the Uganda Primary Schools Sports Association (UPSSA).
Sarah Aol was elected during the UPSSA National Elections held on Friday at Front Page, Entebbe Road in Kampala.
Uganda Primary Schools Sports Association used to operate under the Uganda Secondary Schools Sports Association.
It has now become autonomous after the election of its leadership from President, Vice Presidents and Regional Coordinators.
“I have been elected the 3rd Vice President and that gives the whole Northern Region a good share of the national cake,” Aol told tndNews.
At the event, Aol met with one of the regional coordinators for Northern Okuta Chris. He hails from Lango.
