Pakwach | On November 30, 2023, a section of the District Security Committee Chaired by RDC interfaced and held lengthy discussions with some of the highly rated witchdoctors of Pakwach district.
They are also referred to as herbalists.
The main purpose of the meeting was to acquaint the witch doctors with security user interface protocols and also understand their mode of operations.
The witch doctors were cautioned to refrain from weird acts that cause disunity and promote crime and insecurities in the communities.

They pledged to cooperate with security to get rid of quack witch doctors extorting money from gullible people. They also requested a grace period of two weeks to submit all their operating licences.
Present were DRDC, Deputy DISO, District Crime Intelligence Officer, District CLO, Operative, and GISO Pakwach Town Council, among others.
