C-Care Uganda opens Lira city clinic branch

Lira I On July 10, C-Care Uganda opened its C-Care IMC Lira city branch. Speaking as the chief guest at the launch, Resident City Commissioner (RCC) of Lira Lawrence Egole applauded the health organization for their decision to establish a facility in Lira.

“Lira is a rapidly growing new city, accompanied by heightened health risks,” Egole said.

C-Care Uganda’s head of marketing and communications, Sheila Aboth described July 10 as “a truly remarkable day” – adding that – “It fills our hearts with joy and excitement to have the chance to serve Lira city and the neighbouring areas.”

“This marks yet another milestone in our journey to provide exceptional health care services,” she added.

Some of the health services the facility offers include emergency and critical care, general medicine, nephrology, obstetrics and gynaecology, respiratory medicine, urology; cardiology, dentistry, ear, nose and throat, among others.

In northern Uganda, the facility has C-Care clinics in Gulu, Arua and Lira cities.
