Lira: UCI opens admissions for July and August

Lira, May 21, 2023: Located 4 kilometres along the Lira-Soroti highway in Lira City East Division, Uganda Christian Institute (UCI) commits to producing valuable human resources. 

Serving the nation and educating tomorrow’s workers, UCI’s motto is, “In God We Develop.”

Its School of Nursing and Midwifery is currently admitting students for July and August academic programmes.

Under the Certificate programme, those admitted will study for certificates in general nursing and enrolled midwifery.

Diploma courses are: Diploma in nursing direct, diploma in nursing extension, diploma in midwifery extension; diploma in medical records and information management and diploma in health service management.

Minimum entry requirements 

• UCE and UACE certificate with two principal pass
• A certificate from a recognized institution of higher learning
