
Okae died at the age of 58.

Lango sub-region lost a multi-talented icon in a motorcycle crash last week. Thomas Wilkinson Okae, a renowned biker, kickboxer and golfer died on Friday, December, 16 at Akii-bua stadium.
His death came during training for a motorbike race that was scheduled to take place on December 17, 2022.
During a requiem mass held at Uganda Martyrs Cathedral on Wednesday, December 21, Father Joseph Ogwal who is the parish priest applauded Okae for being “down to earth and putting the community first in all that he did”.
He further called upon Christians to emulate what Okae did and keep his legacy.
Father Ogwal continued that Christians should always put their faith and trust in God. “.. because no one knows their day of departure from this earth,” he added.

He also called upon Christians to use their gifts and talents to touch people’s lives in the right way.
Meanwhile, Lira City golfers and bikers also paid their last respect to their friend and colleague during a procession at the golf course Lira.
Thomas Wilkinson Okae died aged 58. He will be laid to rest on Thursday, December 22 in Lira City.
