Enaga takes over from Kayima as Police spokesperson

Former Police spokesperson, SSP Emilian Kayima handed over office to the new force Spokesperson, CP Fred Enanga on January 16, 2019.

Kayima applauded the team he headed, branding them “a committed and competent team of officers that worked together as a family”.

He further noted that the challenges at the office of Public Relation exist as they do elsewhere but they are not “insurmountable”.

On his behalf, CP Fred Enanga pledged to work with everyone as he did before.

“The sky will not even be the limit,” he briefly said.

The team handed over a plaque to Mr. Enanga to appreciate his efforts in serving Uganda
