Reports from Arua indicates that MP Robert Kyagulanyi’s driver, Kawuma Yasin has been shot dead. Reasons for his killing by security forces are not clearly known.
However, sources say he had defied traffic order.
Bobi Wine is in Arua campaigning for independent candidate, Kassiano Wadri, one of the aspirants contesting to replace deceased [former MP] Ibeahim Abiriga.
