L&D conference 2025 bridging the gap: Innovative learning for Africa

As a L&D Africa speaker and contributor, I have shared my content on the podcast about the growth of Africa, the Smart Governance of Africa with AI at the L&D Conference 2025 that took place in Nairobi.

The theme, “Bridging the Gap: Innovative Learning for Africa” aims to transform how Africa is changing how Africans will learn, grow and collaborate in the future.

I have spoken 3 times in this conference sharing the value and importance of Immersive Technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Virtual Reality, and other technologies that continue to change the landscape across Africa of business ownership, entrepreneurialism, educational engagement.

The use of AI and Metaverse sites like African WP Metaverse provide educational and business growth using immersive technologies that are creative, innovative and imaginative.

The three days featured engaging keynote sessions from African thought leaders, interactive workshops and practical learning experiences, networking with professionals, innovators, and changemakers across the continent.

Showcasing cutting-edge L&D solutions tailored for Africa will create transformative connections and create opportunities for collaboration. The collaborations build cooperation and unification that Africa needs to continue to grow as a Superpower applying technology.

The recordings show the excitement and transformative opportunities happening. I am honored to be invited again as a speaker and contributor at the conference as a Co-founder of L&D Nexus in the UAE & UK and the Metaverse Education Program Director of the World Metaverse Council located in Slovenia, Central Europe.

Sharing the knowledge and wisdom of Chinua Achebe (Nigerian Author) who has stated important words that gather strength even today that ‘Until the lions have their own historians, the history of the hunt will always glorify the hunter.’

Now, Africa has a growing population of digital and immersive “Lions” that are leaders using AI and VR as historians, scholars and technologists that can magnify the voices of the billions of Lions across Africa.
