Doreen Angee was robbed of life before she could even see her family members back in Uganda.
Gulu – December 29, 2021: The Uganda Community in the Netherlands has lost a member. Doreen Angee died in a fatal road crash last week.
The car she was travelling in had a head-on collision with a trailer at Koro-abili on the Gulu-Kamdini-Kampala highway.
Irene Ayaa, one of her friends organising her decent send-off said she was on holiday and lived in the Netherlands with her sister.

“Doreen left the Netherlands for Uganda on the December 21, 2021 to give a surprise visit to her family whom she had not seen in over 10 years.”
“She died at the age of 25 years at Gulu Regional Referral Hospital where she was rushed for emergency attention but unfortunately didn’t make it.”
“Doreen was a nurse, a model and a dancer with her own music label supporting the music business in Northern Uganda. Painfully, Doreen was robbed of life before she could even see her family members back in Uganda.”

According to reports, plans are ongoing for her send-off in Gulu, Northern Uganda.
Her friends have created a Gofundme link to help generate support towards her decent send-off and to help her sister travel to attend her funeral.
