Hennessy partners with Muze club for the second edition of open air experience

Nairobi – 10, November 2021 – Hennessy, the world’s number one cognac, has partnered with Muze Club for the second edition of the Muze Open Air event at the Ngong Racecourse.

This November edition will feature South African DJ/Producer Black Coffee as the headliner of the event alongside an All-Star Kenyan line-up including Blinky Bill, Saint Evo,

Vidza, Foozak, Kelele Kollektiv, Chucky, Xan Woods, One Down, and Jahawi and aims to thrill those in attendance to a new twist in music, cognac, food, and design.

Speaking about the event, Alexandre Helaine Market Manager Moet Hennessy Eastern Africa, noted that, “Hennessy is living up to the promise of promoting music, discovering new talent, and celebrating hip hop culture. We will continue to support the creative industry by providing a platform for creative talent to showcase themselves to the world.”

“Hennessy has been part of key milestones within the Kenyan creative space facilitating and creating unforgettable experiences.” Mr. Helaine added.

Willie Gichora, MUZE Club Founder and Director said that, “Black Coffee has put Africa on the global Electronic music map, released amazing music, and has inspired a whole new generation of DJ/Producers. We couldn’t be more excited to be hosting the biggest African DJ/producer ever with friends like Hennessy.”

In his decade-long career, Black Coffee has made a name for himself as the pre-eminent African DJ, spearheading the rise of Electronic Music on the African Continent.

As a record producer, he boasts an impressive catalog that now features the most streamed songs in South Africa of all time, ‘Drive’ featuring David Guetta, and has released acclaimed albums and EPs ‘Black Coffee’, among others.
