A building in the heart of Kamdini Town Council, Oyam South in Oyam district has collapsed, killing and injuring many people.
The collapsed building belongs to Uganda’s Solicitor General, Mr Francis Atoke.
Sources who spoke to TND News a short while ago said the building was undergoing renovation.
Atoke’s right-hand man, Obong Ofumbe died instantly after part of the building collapsed on him.
Those injured have been taken to Pope John Paul Hospital – Aber.
