Apac – Death has robbed Oyima clan – Lango and Uganda of her elder – Mzee Obadiah Akaki.
Obadiah who was the only surviving brother to late President, Dr. Apollo Milton Obote, died “peacefully” – according to his family.
“My 96+ year uncle Obadiah Akaki passed away in the early morning from his home in Akokoro. Funeral arrangements will be communicated later,” Honourable Jimmy Akena, Obote’s son announces.
