Dr Rosemary Alwoc Ogwal is contesting to succeed her late mother Cecelia Atim Ogwal who died aged 77.
The FDC branch leader claimed that the late woman MP Cecilia Ogwal told them to vote for Nyangkori once she retired from politics.
From 1979 until 1980, Atim Ogwal worked at the Uganda Embassy in Kenya, as the Liaison Officer for Returning Ugandan Refugees.
