President Museveni, minus addressing directly what is affecting vulnerable groups in Uganda, your directives only make the populations more vulnerable and falling victims of your militias in the Covid-19 task force.
What Mr. Museveni knows and understands is running a corrupt government with no mindset to improve the social economic livelihoods of its citizens.
In my district, I have never seen a child of the rich mobilizing for you. I am on some WhatsApp groups but it is largely children of the poor spreading your achievements including on Facebook.
