Chicago, United States – The Dokolo North County Member of Parliament, Paul Amoru Omiat has immensely urged Ugandans in the diaspora to swiftly identify markets and partners that will spur the growth of trade and investments in Northern Uganda and the rest of the country.

Amoru added that greater focus should be placed in “helping people to create wealth and join the money economy” by being “productive through mobilizing the populace around viable economic activities” especially commercial agriculture and in high value crops.


He also reechoed the need to rebuild cooperative societies to help increase the volumes of “our production.”
