Kampala| South African President Matamela Cyril Ramaphosa arrived in Uganda on Monday for an official working visit.
John Mulimba, the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs in charge of Regional Affairs, welcomed him at Entebbe International Airport.
President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni personally invited President Ramaphosa. The two leaders are scheduled to meet on Tuesday at the State House in Entebbe to discuss bilateral relations.
Uganda and South Africa have numerous trade opportunities, and this meeting is expected to strengthen their ties even further.
Dozens of South African businesses are in Uganda, and the same number are in South Africa.
