The corona crisis is affecting us all. At KLM, your health and safety are our main priority. Therefore, we are monitoring the situation closely and we are doing everything we can to ensure we can travel safely together in the near future.
We would like to inform you about the changes to our product, schedule and policies to enable you to travel with confidence.
Travel together safely
Our main priority is to ensure that our passengers and crew feel safe on board whilst flying. Therefore, we have taken measures, following the guidelines of the WHO. One of these measures is the use of face masks on board and during boarding. Starting 11 May, face masks will be compulsory on all flights across the whole KLM network.
Applying for a voucher
If you have booked with us in the past months and your flight has been cancelled, you can apply for a voucher. We are doing our utmost best to send you your travel voucher as soon as possible. Because of the large number of requests, it may take several weeks to receive your voucher. You can find more information on our FAQ page.
Latest flight schedule
While our schedule is strongly reduced, KLM is committed to offer flights to customers who need to travel. At the moment KLM operates flights to 60 destinations on a weekly basis from its hub in Amsterdam and some even to intercontinental destinations. Check our website to find our current flights.
